Booking Appointments
Appointments at Caya Massage & Wellness are scheduled through our online booking system or by calling our office. Clients are responsible for selecting the service and session length that best fits their needs. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help guide you. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment may be charged the full cost of the session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that the therapist can remain on schedule for other clients.
Payment
Payment for services is collected at the end of each appointment unless a gift card or prepaid service is used. We accept credit/debit cards, tap-to-pay (including Apple Pay), and cash.
Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your service.
Gift Cards
Gift certificates may be used toward any service offered at Caya Massage & Wellness. They are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service or entered during online booking.
Health Information
Clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to receiving services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information, including injuries, medical conditions, medications, or pregnancy. Massage therapy and skincare services are intended to support relaxation, reduce tension, and promote general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Therapists reserve the right to modify or decline services if a condition is present that may make treatment unsafe. Medical clearance may be requested.
Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy provided at Caya Massage & Wellness is strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests made during a session will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and the client may be asked to leave the premises. A police report may be filed.
Clients Under 18
Clients under the age of 18 may receive services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to remain present during the appointment depending on the age and comfort level of the minor.
Limitation of Liability
Use of this website and receiving services at Caya Massage & Wellness or through any third-party provider is at your own risk. You agree that Caya Massage & Wellness shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or services, including but not limited to injury, loss, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Clients assume responsibility for communicating their needs, preferences, and any discomfort during sessions.
