How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?

Appointments are scheduled online through our booking system. This allows you to view therapist availability and choose the service and time that works best for you. You may also contact us at (815) 270-0005 and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 


What are your prices?

Pricing depends on the type of service and the length of the session. To view current services, session lengths, and pricing, visit our online booking portal.


At this time, Caya Massage & Wellness does not bill insurance.


Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments are not available to book online. However, you are welcome to call us at (815) 270-0005 to check availability. Appointments do fill quickly, so we may not always be able to fit you in, but we’re always happy to take a look.


How long should I book if I’m a first-time client?

At Caya, it’s important that you take as much time as you need!

  • If you are looking for direct treatment in a targeted area or have just one key area of concern, a 30-minute appointment may do the trick. 

  • If you are looking for just a full body relaxation massage or need targeted work in 2-3 areas, a 60-minute appointment might be a good fit. 

  • If you’re looking for a full body relaxation massage AND targeted work in 2-3 areas, 90 minutes is the way to go. 

  • If you’re hurting from head to toe or desire a truly indulgent experience, grab that 120-minute slot! 

If you’re unsure which service or session length is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out beforehand. We’re happy to help you decide what might be the best fit.


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things come up. We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

When is payment due and which forms of payment do you accept?

When booking online, first-time clients are asked to make a minimum payment to hold their appointment (gift certificates can be used for this).

After that, appointments can be prepaid online or paid in-person at the time of service.

We accept credit and debit cards, tap-to-pay (including Apple Pay), and cash.


Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes! Gift certificates can be purchased online and used toward any service offered at Caya. If you would prefer to gift someone a physical gift certificate, we would love to accommodate you! Please call (815) 270-0005 to coordinate a convenient pick-up time, as our front desk is not staffed at all times.

*Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your session will begin with a short conversation with your therapist about what your body has been experiencing and what you’d like to focus on. From there, the session is adjusted to meet your needs.

At Caya, we let you lead the experience. You’re welcome to talk during your session or stay quiet. If you need to pause, adjust pressure, or step out for a moment, just let your therapist know.

The treatment rooms are designed to help your body settle — with heated tables, warm blankets, calming music, soft lighting, and optional aromatherapy. Small touches like hair ties, dry shampoo, and other amenities are available after your session if you need them.

The goal is simple: create a space where you can relax, receive care, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.


What if I have a medical condition or injury?

Please let your therapist know about any injuries, medical conditions, or areas of concern during your intake conversation. This helps us adjust the session to meet your needs safely and effectively. Medical clearance may be required.


Do you offer couples massage?

Yes. Couples massage sessions are available depending on therapist availability. If you’re interested in scheduling, we recommend reaching out in advance so we can coordinate therapists and rooms. Booking several weeks ahead — ideally around 8 weeks — gives us the best chance to accommodate your request. What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. During your session you’ll undress to your level of comfort and remain professionally draped at all times.
